The ideal candidate will have a service-focused personality, experience in bartending, and strong communication skills. • Supervises a team of bartenders and ensures timely service.
• Oversees weekly alcohol inventory and reports discrepancies.
• Develops new drinks and themes with the bar manager.
• Works closely with bar team and kitchen to ensure smooth operations.

Job description

• Supervises a team of bartenders and ensures the guests orders and requests are attended to in a timely manner
• Oversees the weekly alcohol and liquor inventory and prepares store requisitions / bar requisitions and reports any discrepancy to the manager
• Develops together with the bar manager new drinks and themes for the bar
• Works in close cooperation with all other team members of the bar as well as kitchen stewarding and cashiers.
