Responsibilities

  • Handle guest complaints and ensure they are reported appropriately.

  • AssiststheExecutiveChefandthemangementincontrollingandanalyzing on an on-goingbasis.
  • Conductsundertheguidanceof theExecutiveChefandthemangementsuchfunctionsashiringspecificlevelsofemployeesemployeeorientationcoachingandsuspensionifnecessarytoensureappropriatestaffingandproductivity.
  • AssiststheExecutiveChefandthemangementinconductingformalandonthe-jobtrainingsessionsforkitchenemployees.
  • TohaveagoodknowledgeoftallRixosThePalmDubaifacilitiesandbeabletoanswerguestquestionsin aquickpoliteandhelpfulmanner.

  • Tohandleanyguestcomplaintsorproblemspromptlyandtoensurethatallresolved/unresolvedincidentsarereportedtotheExecutiveChef.

  • Todemonstrateaworkingknowledgeoffirepreventionandtofollowtherestaurantevacuationplanonhearingthealarm.

Qualifications
