  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support & Coordination
    • Assist the hunting sales team with lead management, data entry, and follow-ups.
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
    • Prepare and manage sales reports, contracts, and proposals.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for smooth sales processing.
  • Documentation & Record Management
    • Handle customer documentation, contracts, and agreements efficiently.
    • Ensure all sales documents comply with company policies and telecom industry regulations.
    • Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, deals, and approvals.
  • Communication & Support
    • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments for approvals and escalations.
    • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and assist in resolving administrative issues.
    • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and handling travel logistics.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to track team performance.
    • Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making.
    • Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to senior management.
