Job summary

Candidates should have a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent and 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 2-3 years specifically in carpentry or joinery. Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry with a minimum of 2-3 years in carpentry/joinery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD based on provided specifications and conceptual drawings.
• Support the production/project team on design-related queries during project development.
• Incorporate client-suggested changes during production or installation.
• Assist design engineer in Value Engineering and Constructability reviews.
• Help prepare procurement lists for specific materials like ironmongers, glass, and steel.
• Ensure all required design deliverables are provided on time and are accurate.
