Job summary

A leading diversified regional business in Dubai, UAE is looking for an individual to support auto finance operations. The successful candidate will maximize approvals for brokerage and lease deals while ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations. Key responsibilities include data validation, transaction coordination, and record maintenance. Candidates should have a background in financial services, with a preferred educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree, and at least a year of relevant experience. This role requires understanding of auto sales processes and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail/consumer banking/Financial Services in sales, ops coordination, or retail credit.

Responsibilities

• Support the business by maximizing approvals for Auto Finance and lease deals.
• Serve as the focal point for all auto finance/lease transactions.
• Validate data and documentation at deal submission; check basic credit parameters.
• Track and maintain turnaround times per SLA; follow up with bankers and credit teams.
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations and AFF guidelines.
