About the role

As a Product Manager - Digital Assets, you will lead the end-to-end development and delivery of digital asset products. You\'ll drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires close collaboration with agile squads and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions in the digital finance space. You will report to the Executive Vice President - Head, Digital Assets.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Own and manage the product roadmap for digital assets, prioritizing features based on customer insights, market trends, and strategic objectives.
• Lead agile teams through planning, execution, and delivery phases.
• Define product requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and specifications.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and present them to senior leadership.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Manage trade-offs between scope, time-to-market, and budget constraints.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

What We\'re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: 10 years of cumulative experience, including direct experience as a Product Manager in Digital Assets.
• Proven track record of leading agile squads and delivering complex technical products.
• Industry Exposure: Deep understanding of the banking and finance domain, including regulatory frameworks and emerging technologies.
• Experience within banking and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP).
• Familiarity with multi-channel and multi-region operations.
