Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Dubai is seeking an Associate Technical Engineer to support hardware deployments and customer incidents. The candidate should have a BE/BTech/BSc/Diploma with 1–2 years of experience and strong skills in hardware components and customer handling. This role requires working on field at customer sites, shadowing senior team members for hands-on knowledge, and contributing to service level agreements. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are vital for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Any hardware certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Work on field at customer premises.
  • Handle hardware deployments and parts replacement.
  • Collaborate with team members during onsite visits.
  • Support and troubleshoot critical customer incidents.
  • Execute health check services for AMC customers.

Senior Manager – Service Support

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Candidate should be willing to work on field at customer premises
  • Candidate should be willing to work on Hardware deployments, parts replacement at customer premises
  • Candidate will shadow Senior Members of the team for Onsite visits and collaborate to gain Hands‑On knowledge
  • Candidate will work primarily on HPE & Dell Servers, Storage, Tape Library, Hyperconverged Infrastructure hardware.
  • Render support and Critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.
  • Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers.
