Qualifications and Experience
  • Doctoral degree in Nursing (PhD) / Adult Critical Care Nursing from a well-reputed university
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Record of, or potential for, scholarly contributions (publications, research funding, presentations)
  • Graduate of accredited universities using the credit hour system, with English as the medium of instruction
  • Minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience
  • Experience in supervising student projects and thesis dissertations
  • Proficiency in using educational technologies (presentations, e-learning systems, reporting tools)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with strong research output and relevant industry experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver courses within the specified discipline, in alignment with the University’s three core standards: Teaching, Research, and Service
  • Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support student success
  • Research, organize, and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks
  • Identify and apply effective methods, procedures, and resources to achieve course objectives
  • Support and participate in accreditation activities
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
