Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Professor of Marketing to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Marketing or a related field and a minimum of three years of teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. The role involves teaching, research, and academic advising, as well as contributing to the department’s growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in marketing such as Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and International Marketing.
  • Develop and update course syllabi, learning outcomes, and teaching materials.
  • Conduct original research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
  • Participate in curriculum development, program review, and accreditation processes.
  • Engage in academic advising and mentoring of students.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and faculty governance activities.
  • Contribute to industry collaboration and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • PhD in Marketing or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in higher education.
  • Proven track record of academic research and publications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching tools, online learning platforms, and LMS (Learning Management Systems).
