The role will be responsible for supporting the CEMEA Hub FPA Team during financial planning analysis and management of operating expenses and workforce planning. The key focus is on driving continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support ad hoc monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis and reports used by the Regional CFO, Subregional teams, and other departments.
- Evaluate existing models, reports, and templates; identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deliver and support financial systems for the Subregional and Hub teams, understand user requirements, gather feedback, and implement enhancements.
- Assist the CEMEA Hub FPA Team in analyzing business trends, macroeconomic metrics, and contribute to developing complex models for budgeting, forecasting, and deal modeling.
- Business partnering: Provide financial guidance to various Corporate Functions, support decision-making, monitor and control operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic goals.
- Workforce planning: Partner with the People team and finance colleagues to develop and maintain workforce plans, analyze data to identify trends and variances against budgets and forecasts.
- Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative solutions, obtaining input from users, and managing implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Teamwork
- The role is based at the CEMEA Market Support Center in Dubai, reporting to the CEMEA Head of FPA.
- Contribute to team effectiveness by supporting colleagues, cooperating, and providing cover during absences.
- Liaise with various functions within Visa and externally to deliver ad hoc projects.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate: 2 or more years of work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- 12 years of related finance experience in a multinational organization, preferably in the Payments industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal, with the ability to clearly communicate results to senior executives.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, capable of resolving complex business problems with structured analyses.
- Exceptional report modeling and data management skills, proficient with large data sets and logical organization.
- Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Effective teamwork skills, capable of producing and coordinating time-sensitive deliverables.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., TM1, Hyperion) is preferable.
