The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a unique shopping mall development under one of the most reputable shopping mall developers within the UAE. This unique project consists of additional major mixed‑use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring safe, efficient delivery on time and within budget. Oversee all phases from planning to closeout, driving technical excellence, client engagement, and full accountability for procurement, design, delivery, and commercial outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering projects aligned with client vision, ensuring safety, quality, and value.
• Driving performance improvement, sustainability, and innovation across all phases.
• Overseeing the construction and compliance, driving programme and cost performance.
• Supervising high‑performing teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Managing the entire project life cycle safely, efficiently, and effectively, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, in alignment with client objectives.
• Taking full ownership in procurement, design, and delivery, including closeout and commercial.
• Implement robust governance, safety, risk, and compliance frameworks to exceed standards.
• Directing technical design processes, including surveys, reports, statutory approvals, and RFIs.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree‑qualified with professional accreditation (MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent).
• Proven leadership in major shopping mall projects within the MEA region.
• Expertise in programme governance, risk, cost, and technical delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
