Job Title : Assistant Store Manager - Warehouse

Department: Warehouse

Reports To: Operations Manager

Role Purpose

To support the Warehouse Manager in controlling inventory, staff supervision, and ERP-based warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch).
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure task allocation and discipline.
  • Control inventory movements in ERP (GRN, transfers, issues, returns).
  • Ensure compliance with FIFO, batch/serial tracking, RFID/barcode systems.
  • Coordinate internal logistics (inter-warehouse transfers, retail & sales deliveries).
  • Support cycle counts and physical stock audits.
  • Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain warehouse layout, space optimization, and safety standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, production, and finance teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • 4–6 years warehouse experience (export /manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong ERP & inventory control knowledge.
  • Experience with RFID/barcoding is an advantage.
  • Leadership and problem‑solving skills.
