Job Requirement

Develops, executes, and drives the luxury leisure segment strategy for the assigned markets and account base. Prepares action plans against existing as well as new target accounts to achieve and exceed sales, identifies and uncovers new prospect accounts for acquisition through a variety of channels, and converts new accounts into loyal accounts through targeted sales activities, maximizing rooms but also groups/catering revenues for the hotel. Attends trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, networking events, workshops, and executes national & international sales trips (travel required), sales calls, site inspections, familiarization trips, and client strong internal/external customer relationships.

Analyses and maintains business relationships/knowledge of customers, market trends, and in regular business reviews and sales progress reports; directs, collects, and analyzes data and communicates all information as required.

Coordinates internally with the relevant departments in the planning, administration, and execution of selected client functions, correspondence, and communication to customers, in-house VIP guests, reporting other sales and marketing activities and overall duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Holder
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience in a Luxury 5* property.
  • License or Certification: Driver’s License preferred.
  • Open to International Travel for business purposes.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, required; additional language preferred.
