Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate assessment processes, and facilitate candidate selection
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives and HR policies implementation
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
