Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree desirable, preferably with a diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Certificate in Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E).
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping attendants and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
  • Manage deep cleaning schedules and maintain records.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally in line with SOPs.
  • Assist with supplier coordination and administrative tasks.
