Job description

An IB World School in Central Dubai seek an Assistant Head of Secondary with responsibility for Pastoral.

As a member of the Senior School's Senior Leadership team the successful applicant will have responsibility for the pastoral provision across the school.

You will manage a team of Phase Leaders, a SENCO, and work closely with all secondary staff. You will have a 40% teaching time table (secondary) and the school has no preference as to your subject specialism.

IB teaching experience would be advantageous although not essential. Likewise, SLT experience is also desirable but not essential. The school will consider an experienced secondary classroom practitioner that has a pastoral background.
