A renowned hotel in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a motivated sales professional to support and drive group and MICE business opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations, as well as maintaining relationships with corporate clients and event planners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration and proven hotel sales experience, particularly in MICE. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new group and MICE business opportunities. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts and sales presentations. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service. Participate in sales calls, site inspections and client meetings. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners and travel agencies. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in hotel sales, especially MICE and group sales. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of sales CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
