Are you ready to apply customer, shopper and business insights to create competitive advantages and maximise profitability? If so, you could become our new Area Sales Lead for the Dubai markets. The role is based at our Sharjah office and reports to the Sales Director – UAE.

Responsibilities
  • Directly lead a team of Sales Supervisors and Senior Sales Representatives; organize, supervise and coach the team to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Manage accounts within the assigned area; plan routes and daily activities.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships; propose and initiate listings, BDA and display agreements with customers; develop and implement the yearly sales strategy with the customer.
  • Conduct periodic sales meetings internally and externally; analyze sales data and report findings to superiors; maintain client information and forecast future trends.
  • Ensure promotion plans are communicated to customers and sales staff and correctly implemented; improve product visibility.
  • Responsible for collections in the area/account.
  • Responsible for all company assets in the area/account.
  • Control market return within the agreed limit.
Ideal Candidate
  • Sales experience of at least 4 years within FMCG in modern trade.
  • People management experience of 2–3 years.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others; capable of managing a diversified team.
  • Expertise in understanding sales markets and trends; strong analytical skills and aptitude for figures.
  • Excellent negotiator; willingness to take calculated risks.
  • UAE driving license.
