To ensure the organized, secure, and efficient management of records and documents by implementing approved archiving systems, facilitating retrieval, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to the continuous improvement of archiving procedures to support organizational efficiency and compliance.

  • Collect, sort, and categorize files and records according to the approval filing system.
  • Archive documents both physically and electronically using designated systems.
  • Retrieve files and provide them to relevant departments upon request.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all records.
  • Prepare periodic reports on archiving activities and file retrievals.
  • Participate in improving archiving procedures and systems
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Archival studies is preferred
  • Bachelorâs degree in information management, Library Science, Archival Studies, or a related field.
Experience/Skills:
  • 0 â 1 Years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, technical skills (database management, digital archiving), strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital archiving systems, relevant laws and regulations, preservation standards, and professional ethics
