Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from patients and visitors in Arabic and English.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Provide information about services, procedures, and policies.

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software is a plus.
