Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative functions for the executive team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports to ensure efficient follow-up
  • Handle incoming communications, both written and verbal, with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives
  • Assist in project management tasks and preparation of presentations and documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the organization of company events and meetings
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
