Responsibilities

• Manage and mitigate credit risk.
• Drive towards reducing debt ageing.
• Develop relationships within client organizations.
• Uphold data protection and confidentiality.
• Resolve queries around payment timings.
• Ensure reconciliation of SOAs.
• Prepare SOAs and receipts when requested.
• Maintain lead for integration and system migration.
