As an Applications and Infrastructure Advisor, you will be responsible to execute the Emirates Group digital learning applications and infrastructure strategy through creating the architecture that enables our employees access on‑demand learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and maintenance of digital platforms and learning applications across the Emirates Group
• Ensure all applications and platform solutions create an accessible, seamless and holistic user experience
• Work closely with the Digital Experience Production Team to facilitate transition of learning solutions to platforms and applications
• Support the alignment of applications and digital platform activities across the broader business
• Provide and maintain digital platform solutions that are relevant and aligned to business needs
• Ensure experiences are accessible and user‑friendly
• Create a consistent employee experience within digital learning platforms
• Seek opportunities for professional development in the field to ensure you are continually growing your skills
• Work cross‑functionally across the Learning & Talent portfolio to deliver mission‑driven solutions to the business

Qualifications

• Degree or honours with 5+ years experience.

• Progressive experience in a digital learning role with experience developing applications & working with digital learning platforms.
• Able to use initiative and act in a proactive manner with a positive can‑do attitude to deliver effective results.
• Self‑motivated with a high level of awareness; a self‑reflector who proactively and constantly seeks growth opportunities.
