Job summary

A leading bank in UAE is seeking a Compliance Support Officer to aid AML monitoring and compliance alignments. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in compliance/audit, strong knowledge of AML regulations, and excellent interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position located in Abu Dhabi, focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance and providing staff training in compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance and/or Audit in Banks.
• Excellent understanding of regional laws and international regulations.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF applied in banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the AVP – AML Quality Check & Training.
• Perform quality checks on alerts in the AML monitoring system.
• Provide training to staff on compliance awareness.
