Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience.
• Experience integrating AI into Business processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud computing, and architectural principles for SaaS/PaaS platforms.
• Experience across multiple technical domains: application, data, integration, cloud infrastructure, analytics.
• Strong business acumen, understanding how partners make money.

Responsibilities

• Design AI transformation strategies and Go-To-Market Plans tailored to partner business models.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partner executives, building long-term strategic relationships.
• Lead ServiceNow reference architectures and solution patterns.
• Stay current on product developments/releases to provide guidance to Partners.
• Enable partners to design and deliver their own demos and Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements.
• Help partners strategize monetization opportunities across all routes to market.
• Coordinate sales enablement around created solutions and joint go-to-market initiatives.
