Job Description

A progressive training center in the UAE is seeking an AI Teacher (Arabic-English bilingual) to deliver engaging, age-appropriate training in Artificial Intelligence for youth and adult learners. The role combines practical AI application with interactive teaching methodologies to make complex technology accessible to beginners.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on AI project experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver training using tools like Scratch 3.0, Computer Vision, and Emotion Recognition software.

Key Responsibilities

AI Education & Classroom Delivery

Conduct bilingual (Arabic-English) AI lessons across age groups using interactive tools.

Teach foundational AI concepts, including Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Emotion Recognition.

Utilize platforms like Scratch 3.0 to introduce students to AI through gamified coding.

Tailor instruction to different learning styles and technical abilities.

Contribute to the design and localisation of AI teaching materials.

Adapt lesson plans to align with UAE education standards and global AI trends.

Incorporate Generative AI for Educators and STEAM methodologies into curriculum.

Student Engagement & Assessment

Foster a positive, inclusive, and tech‑forward learning environment.

Assess student performance, provide feedback, and adjust instruction based on learning outcomes.

Support learners in project‑based assignments and practical AI applications.

Technology & Continuous Learning

Stay updated with the latest tools and developments in AI in education.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or related field.

AI/ML certifications or teaching credentials are an advantage.

Experience

Proven track record working on AI projects or automation solutions.

At least 12 years of experience teaching or training, especially with children or young adults.

Familiarity with Scratch 3.0, block‑based coding, and visual learning platforms.

Fluent in Arabic and English required.

Knowledge of AI concepts, Computer Vision, and Emotion Recognition tools.

Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

Ability to simplify technical content for non‑technical learners.

Creative, adaptive, and tech‑savvy with a passion for AI education.

Preferred (Non‑Mandatory)

Experience with Pantheon, CTT, or Java.
