Qualifications

• 8-12 years in AI product leadership or consulting; 3-5 years advising executives.
• Track record of delivering AI solutions in regulated/public-sector environments.
• Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define AI vision strategy and roadmaps aligned with national priorities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Factory projects from ideation to deployment.
• Own product requirements technical specs and success metrics.
• Advise senior stakeholders and present executive-ready recommendations.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and compliant with Responsible AI standards.
