Job description

Job Purpose:

To deliver advanced AI training and examination preparation for the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI). The instructor will guide students through Python programming foundational AI/ML topics, problem‑solving strategies and simulation of qualification exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive online lessons on AI fundamentals
• Lead students through project‑based learning and challenge walkthroughs
• Develop and review mock qualification exams and assessments
• Provide technical mentoring and individual feedback during the 2‑week training phase
• Align content with IOAI structure and evaluation format

Requirements

Essential:

• Advanced proficiency in Python with hands‑on experience in AI/ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit‑learn)
• Previous teaching or training experience in AI concepts or Olympiad‑style problem solving
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field
• Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks, GitHub and virtual collaboration tools

Desirable:

• Track record of coaching IOAI, IOI or similar competitive programming/AI teams
• Excellent virtual classroom facilitation and communication skills
• Strong ability to mentor and motivate high‑potential learners
