We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with at least 2 years of experience preferably in the real estate industry to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, data analysis and automation to enhance business processes, optimize property listings and improve customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and train machine learning models for property valuation, lead scoring and predictive analytics.
• Analyze real estate market trends and customer behavior using AI-driven insights.
• Optimize search and recommendation algorithms for property listings.
• Implement AI-based chatbots and automation tools to enhance customer experience.
• Work with big data from property databases and CRM systems to improve decision making.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models using cloud platforms or on-premise solutions.
• Collaborate with real estate sales, marketing and IT teams to develop AI-powered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong preference for candidates with real estate experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R or Java and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit‑Learn.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model optimization.
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs, property listing platforms and market trend analysis is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
