YOUR MISSION 🚀

As a Learning Experience Designer you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that change users. Each cycle will deliver:

  • Protocols: guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action.
  • Loops: adaptive, AI-powered coaching cycles that evolve with each user.
  • Personalization: experiences that feel uniquely theirs every time.
  • AI agents: specialised agents that enhance the journey with actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the learning architecture—from strategy to execution.
  • Design the journey, not just the content.
  • Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain.
  • Ensure every feature supports the ecosystem: loops, PX agents, protocols, membership.
  • Contribute to new course design and co‑creation with top performers.
  • Write and optimize prompt chains, refine AI conversations until they feel human and transformative.
  • Review, analyze, iterate, and measure transformation metrics.
  • Conduct research to inform goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure.
  • Apply principles from behavioral science to drive daily practice and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).
  • At least one major feature or product shipped end‑to‑end with measurable results.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
  • Proven track record of designing digital learning experiences across multiple asset types.
  • Portfolio of cinematic, narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.
