Job Overview

⚠️ If you’re looking for a regular Learning Design job, this role is not for you. This isn’t another LXD job – it’s the chance to redefine what learning feels like. You’ll craft experiences inside Paradox OS for Human Greatness Augmented with AI. Science‑backed, design‑led, AI‑powered, and global.

The position is full‑time, located in our offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon, or remotely anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Own the full learning system architecture – from strategic design to execution.
• Design learning journeys, not just content; script experiences that engage heart and brain.
• Integrate protocols, adaptive AI‑powered loops, personalization, and AI agents into the ecosystem.
• Develop premium, high‑impact course experiences, collaborating with experts and top performers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end course design: strategy, content delivery, copywriting, educational assets, and AI conversations.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, iterate based on KPIs focused on transformation, not just completion.
• Apply behavioral science principles to drive daily practice, retention, and transformation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).
• Demonstrated delivery of at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
• Proficient with Figma and comfortable using AI tools.
• Strong portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills, with a keen aesthetic sensibility.
