Agricultural Research Specialist


We are seeking a highly qualified Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Agricultural Research Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research and experiments to improve crop production and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for agriculture and a strong background in agronomy.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on different types of crops and their growth patterns in local climate conditions.
- Develop new techniques for improving crop yield and quality.
- Analyze data from experiments and report findings to management.
- Monitor soil quality and make recommendations for soil management.
- Collaborate with other researchers and experts in the field of agriculture.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
- Train and supervise junior staff members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in agricultural research or related field.
- Strong understanding of crop production techniques, soil science, and plant physiology.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
- Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis.

Salary: $1600 per month
