Overview of the Role

Are you passionate about driving business growth through data-driven planning and stakeholder collaboration? Join our dynamic Aftersales Distributor Business Planning Department as an Aftersales Planning Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Toyota & Lexus aftersales operations. You’ll be responsible for developing strategic and annual business plans, analyzing performance data, and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve ambitious organizational goals.

What You Will Do
  • Analyze service data, customer feedback, market trends, and key KPIs (e.g., VIN visits, sold hours, parts sales) to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor annual and mid-term business plans, ensuring alignment with aftersales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, PDC, and Dealership networks to synchronize aftersales initiatives.
  • Lead campaign management for aftersales marketing, including new product launches and process improvements.
  • Monitor and drive the effectiveness of retention products (e.g., extended warranty), and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
  • Manage and motivate a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

About the Team

You’ll be part of a high-performing team within the Toyota & Lexus Aftersales Distributor Business Planning Department, reporting to the Senior Planning Manager and supervising two direct reports.
