Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients providing legal advice and support
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various cases and issues
• Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence

• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

Requirements:
