The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process providing comprehensive information about programs and ensuring a smooth and efficient application experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information and counseling to prospective students and their families regarding programs admission requirements and the application process.
• Assist students in completing application forms gathering necessary documentation and ensuring timely submission of all required materials.
• Maintain regular communication with applicants to provide updates on their application status and offer assistance with any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Represent the institution at educational fairs school visits and other outreach events to promote programs and attract potential students.
• Maintain and update records of all prospective students and applicants in the admissions database ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and present regular reports on admissions activities trends and outcomes to the recruitment agency and the educational institution.
• Work closely with other departments including marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment in messaging and admissions strategies.

Requirements
