Job description

We are looking to hire a reliable and experienced Admin & HR In-Charge to oversee and manage all administrative and human resources operations of the company. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle HR and administrative matters independently.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation review, confirmation, and offboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, warnings, and termination letters in line with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021).
  • Maintain employee files, digital HR records, and ensure compliance with MOHRE requirements.
  • Process visas, Emirates ID, medical testing, and all PRO-related HR tasks.
  • Manage payroll inputs: attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions, and WPS compliance.
  • Handle leave management: annual leave, sick leave, emergency leave, Hajj leave, maternity leave, and other UAE statutory leaves.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims.
  • Address employee grievances, performance issues, and disciplinary matters.
  • Handle end-of-service settlements (EOSB), gratuity calculation, and final exit procedures.
Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure an efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, stationery, and service contracts.
  • Maintain company documents, trade license renewal reminders, tenancy contracts, utility bills, and corporate records.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, government entities, logistics partners, and banks.
  • Support management with filing, scheduling, calendar management, and general correspondence.
  • Prepare letters, NOCs, reports, and internal memos.
  • Ensure that company vehicles, equipment, and assets are properly maintained (if applicable).
  • Assist in arranging travel bookings, accommodation, and related logistics for staff or management.
Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a combined Admin + HR role in the UAE.
  • Strong, proven knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, WPS, visas, and HR compliance.
  • Bachelor’s deg:ree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience in handling PRO/visa matters.
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance (trade license, tenancy, insurance renewals).
  • Ability to draft letters, warnings, and official documents professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capability.
