A recruitment services provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a candidate to manage and coordinate the registration as an approved supplier with clients. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate submissions, maintaining databases, and acting as a key contact for inquiries. Strong administrative background and coordination skills are essential. This role involves a proactive approach to follow-ups and issue resolution to meet client requirements.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the registration of Company as an approved supplier with clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.
Registration of company as suppliers which involves coordination with client, providing relevant documents and uploading information on client’s portal.
Coordinate collection, preparation, submission, and follow-up of all required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Track registration status, proactively follow up with clients, and resolve queries to ensure timely approvals.
Maintain an up-to-date database of client and internal coordination.
Act as a key point of contact for administrative and registration-related client enquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise closely with sales, finance, operations, and service providers to ensure smooth information flow and operational readiness.
Escalate issues where required and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
Provide general administrative assistance as required, including document control, filing, coordination, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Perform other related duties as assigned in support of the department’s objectives.
