A leading logistics company in Dubai is seeking a professional to manage the dispatch and collection of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs). The role involves coordinating with Sales Advisors to ensure efficient signing of documents, overseeing SPA documentation in Salesforce, and maintaining organized records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position, along with the ability to monitor courier activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle the dispatch and collection of Initial and Final Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) through DHL and TCS courier services.
• Coordinate with Sales Advisors/clients to ensure timely completion and signing of Initial and Final SPAs.
• Oversee the scanning, uploading, and updating of all SPAs in Salesforce.
• Manage the proper organization, archiving, and storage of SPA documents.
• Monitor courier activities and provide regular updates to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities

• SPA Courier and Collection Management: Handle the dispatch and collection of Initial and Final Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) through DHL and TCS courier services. Track shipments via Salesforce and courier portals and ensure timely retrieval of signed SPAs from clients and Sales Agents.
• Coordination and Follow-up: Coordinate with Sales Advisors/clients to ensure timely completion and signing of Initial and Final SPAs. Resolve any courier-related queries raised by the Sales team.
• SPA Documentation: Oversee the scanning, uploading, and accurate milestone updating of all SPAs in Salesforce, ensuring adherence to established processes and documentation standards.
• Archiving and Organization: Manage the proper organization, archiving, and storage of SPA documents.
• Process Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor courier activities and SPA handling processes and provide regular updates and reporting to ensure smooth operations and continuous process improvement.
