Qualifications

  • Manage petty cash transactions, including posting and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both digital and physical.
  • Track office supply inventory and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Prepare supplier and customer credit application forms.
  • Provide general administrative and accounting support as assigned.
