Responsibilities

• Set up Chart of Accounts in different software.
• Review data entries including sales and purchases.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Allocate payments and receipts to match invoices.
• Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Present monthly accounts with ratios and cost-benefit analysis.
• Restructure Chart of Accounts as required.
• Conduct GL reconciliation.
• Review financial compliance of all accounts.
• Coordinate work assignments within the team.
• Conduct client visits if required.

Job Highlights

Roles and Responsibilities

• Chart of Accounts Set up in different software Quick books, Tally, Zoho and other ERP soft wares.
• Responsible for the reviews of data entry includes Sales, Purchases, Petty cash, Receipts & payments
• Bank Reconciliation and Credit Card Reconciliation
• Allocation of payments & receipts to match invoices
• Preparation of monthly income statement and balance sheet and Cash flow statement as per IFRS and ISA
• Monthly presentation of accounts with the help of Ratios and Cost benefit analysis.
• Restructuring of Chart of Accounts as per the requirements from Audit Manager.
• GL reconciliation.
• Financial & Compliance review of all accounts.
• Responsible for work allocation to team and coordinating with them in completing the work
• Client visits, if required by the clients
