  • Execute disbursement procedures in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
  • Execute payment procedures for employees and related entities, and process bank transfers according to the type of transaction.
  • Upload bank account statements daily to the organization’s financial system.
  • Record daily journal entries related to bank reconciliations and ensure completion before printing the monthly bank reconciliation report.
  • Carry out procedures for recording and calculating monthly depreciation rates and the useful life of assets, and perform disposal or addition of assets whose useful life has ended or that are damaged, in the financial records.

  • Execute procedures for the organization’s outgoing and incoming financial transactions with other departments, institutions, and entities within the Government of Dubai.
  • Prepare creditors’ statements and provide them regularly to follow up on payments, along with periodic creditors’ account statements.
  • Execute financial reconciliation procedures and record the necessary journal entries.
  • Prepare customer invoices, copy and deliver them to the collector to initiate the collection process, record revenues in the appropriate accounts, and enter their data into the approved electronic system on a daily basis.
  • Receive and safeguard bank guarantees, record bank journal vouchers, and carry out monthly reconciliation procedures for the organization’s bank accounts.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports and submit them to the direct supervisor.
