About the Role : If you’re looking for an opportunity to hunt big game and close significant software license deals, then we’re looking for you. The Account Executive plays a critical role in Sitecore’s growth, responsible for driving substantial revenue within your territory. You will leverage your network and understanding of customer needs to sell directly to enterprise decision-makers. Sitecore is well-established and industry-leading, yet dynamic enough for Account Executives to significantly impact our growth. This role requires a driven individual who excels at winning new business, managing complex sales cycles, and consistently overachieving.

What You’ll Do :

  • Sell Sitecore DXP solutions within the KSA region.
  • Manage sales processes including prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Lead effective sales engagements with enterprise clients, fostering collaboration and delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles and position the Sitecore suite to C-level executives using a consultative approach.
  • Leverage the Sitecore partner network during and after the sales process.
  • Build and grow a strong sales pipeline of enterprise opportunities across your region with support from SDR and Presales teams, along with your prospecting efforts.
  • Demonstrate Sitecore’s offerings, value proposition, and market trends effectively.

What You Need to Succeed :

  • Fluency in Arabic and extensive experience in enterprise selling within the KSA region.
  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling and demonstrating complex software solutions, managing the entire sales cycle efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of your territory, with the ability to prioritize opportunities, implement growth strategies, and build strategic relationships to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of nurturing relationships and providing constructive feedback and solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills to demonstrate Sitecore’s offerings and values to diverse audiences.
  • A consultative approach and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent execution and process management skills, with the ability to navigate systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, grit, integrity, passion, and dedication.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart :

  • Experience selling using sales methodologies (MEDDIC preferred).
  • Experience selling MarTech solutions.
