Why This Role Matters
We're seeking a Abu Dhabi based Business DevelopmentManager who shares our belief that insurance isn\'t about transactions – it\'s about trust, relationships, and the profound responsibility of protecting people\'s most important assets.

In this role, you’ll be uncovering fresh sales prospects, negotiating impactful deals, and ensuring that our clients are always delighted and feel supported.

Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- •Industry qualified, CII certified preferably, with several years of experience in Abu Dhabi Emirate in a similar role with a top brokerage.
- A deep understanding of medical insurance sales, plus knowledge of contractual and regulatory procedures.
- The ability to lean on experience and knowledge when in touch with insurers on technical insurance matters.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Highly active in networking and member of groups such as BNI, British Chamber of Commerce or other similar networking groups
