Job summary

A global engineering firm is seeking a Customer Support Manager to oversee customer support operations for nacelle and related equipment in Dubai. The candidate must have a degree in Aerospace Engineering and solid experience in Aerospace Maintenance, particularly with wide-body aircraft, including A380. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing technical advice to mitigate operational disruptions. Fluent Arabic, English, and French are required for the position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
• Experience with A380 is mandatory.
• Familiarity with airline/MRO maintenance processes.
