BACKGROUND

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Waiters (both Fixed-Term and Casual positions) to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests at assigned tables, ensuring they receive menus and wine lists.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all menu items, including key ingredients and preparation methods.
• Set tables neatly with linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Clear tables promptly once guests have finished their meals.
• Offer desserts and coffee to guests.
• Accurately prepare and process customer bills.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all restaurant areas.
• Uphold a high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Ensure uniforms are clean, neat, and in good condition.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Preferably 1 year of previous waiter / waitress experience.
