Overview
Stable company is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Data Analyst with a minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or data analytics, ideally within B2B events or media. The role drives marketing performance through data‑led insights, improving data quality and audience understanding.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse and interpret marketing and event data from multiple sources including CRM (HubSpot), website analytics, registration systems and digital campaigns to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key KPIs.
- Map and measure audience universes to define market penetration and track the database.
- Maintain and improve data quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and data teams to ensure consistent CRM usage.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of e‑mail campaigns, digital advertising and partnerships.
- Ensure all data collection complies with POPIA and aligns with company standards.
- Present clear, concise insights and recommendations to management, linking data performance directly to commercial outcomes and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Matric relevant degree essential.
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
- Proven proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Skilled in data analysis and visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, customer segmentation and how these drive marketing and sales performance.
Package & Remuneration
R30 000.00 per month.
