Sales Manager

Our client is currently looking to hire a vibrant individual with a passion for sales to join the team as a Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate should be driven and motivated by results while continuously improving the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that monthly targets (personal) are achieved for new and repeat business
  • Identification of new clients through prospecting (cold calling)
  • Handling of client objections and complaints in an effective and informative manner
  • Revise and update national Service Level Agreements with clients
  • Participation in the organisation and successful completion of trade shows and marketing exhibitions
  • Gathering of sales and marketing intelligence
  • Manage client satisfaction (1-2-3 call cycles)
  • Identify growth opportunities in existing markets
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the RSM
  • Conduct local market research regarding market share
  • Gather intelligence on competitors and competitive practices
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Grade years relevant sales call centre experience of which at least 3 years in a leadership/manager position
  • Experience in managing a team of 20+ employees
  • Good command of the English Language – written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
