Our client, a prominent entity engaged in joint ventures, acquisitions of strategic equity interests, privatizations, restructuring or unbundling initiatives, provision of expansion capital, replacement capital, and acquisition capital, is seeking to recruit their Financial Manager.

Based in Bryanston, this role represents a crucial opportunity to contribute to the financial and strategic operations of the organization.

This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), ensuring a seamless flow of financial oversight and strategic alignment at the highest level.

Salary: R1.5m per annum.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification – CA(SA)
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably within a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Prior experience in managing finance teams is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to IFRS, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance in South Africa.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Knowledge of IFRS, South African tax laws, and Companies Act.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Familiarity with internal controls, audit processes, and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Providing strategic insight and financial leadership to support company initiatives, including acquisitions and restructuring activities.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
