A global leader in all-inclusive resorts is seeking a skilled Gentle Organizer to ensure exceptional Food & Beverage services while managing a team of approximately 150 staff. You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, meeting client expectations, and implementing budgetary targets. The role also involves participating in guests' experiences, making it essential for you to embody the spirit of connection.
