Global Policy Ltd is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and knowledgeable Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading company in the global policy sector and be an integral part of our HR department. You will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various HR tasks, such as recruitment, employee records, benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to provide excellent customer service and support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR database, including personal information, salary, benefits, and performance reviews.
  3. Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  4. Assist with new employee onboarding, including conducting orientations and organizing necessary paperwork.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  6. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies.
  7. Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
  8. Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of performance evaluations for employees.
  9. Maintain and update the employee handbook and other HR-related policies and documents.
  10. Assist with the preparation and submission of HR reports and data for management review and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in an HR administration role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  6. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
